I'm a part-time student based in the US currently completing my BFA, but I do art commissions while also streaming as a vtuber. After png-tubing for 2 years, I debuted with the design on the left in 2023 and will be streaming with my 2.0 on the right March (LATEST) 2024 onward.
Terms of Service
Commissioner must be at least 18 years old.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am uncomfortable doing.
The commission will only be started as soon as the invoice is sent and paid for in full.
If the commission is cancelled midway, regardless of what amount of the work is complete, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded UNLESS it is completely my fault for missing a defined deadline.
Major changes are allowed at the sketch phase. Only very minor changes will be allowed after the final product is delivered.
There is a privacy fee if the process cannot be streamed or the work in progress cannot be posted. The privacy fee is 10% of the total amount charged.
Currently, there is NO separate commercial fee. The fee is a part of the base price.
Do not resell my work in the form of merch or physical prints without asking for permission first.
There are no rush requests.
Commissions are NOT first come first served.
Credit me in your Twitch panels or bio section of any social media platform that the artwork is being used on.
By commissioning you are agreeing to allow the final product to be posted on residentlemonj's socials and carrd portfolio. I reserve full rights to my work.
Using the artwork for AI related projects or selling it as an NFT is NOT permitted.
